Strawberry Jello Recipe

by Sally Zuniga

2 large pkgs. strawberry jello
2 1/2 cups hot water
1 large pkg frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
2 mashed bananas
1 small carton sour cream
6 cup circular jello mold (with hole in center)

This has been a family favorite at many of our get togethers over the years. It's easy to make, the kids love it, and it looks beautiful when presented.

Dissolve jello in water, add fruits. Put 1/2 mixture in mold and refrigerate until set. When firm, spread sour cream on top and place rest of jello mixture on top. Refrigerate until set.

To unmold - place mold in warm water until loosened. Unmold on wet plate.
