Margarita Recipe

4 oz high quality tequila (e.g., Cuervo Gold or Encantado)
2 oz orange liqueur (e.g., Cointreau or Triple Sec)
1 Tsp Blue Curacao liqueur
2 oz fresh lime juice
Ice cubes
Margarita or Kosher salt
lime slices

Add salt to a plate. Wet the rim each margarita glass with a slice of lime. Dip the rim of the glass into salt to coat. Combine tequila, orange liqueur, Blue Curacao liqueur, lime juice and ice cubes in a blender or cocktail shaker. Blend until smooth or shake until cold. Pour into margarita glasses. Garnish each glass with a slice of lime.
